All purchases are non-exchangeable, non refundable and non-transferable.
Only new, factory sealed and unused products can be returned within 7 days after receipt. HighSoStore.com must be notified before you return the goods. Please ask for the delivery address. Returns are in the responsibility of the customer until they reach HighSoStore.com. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Once HighSoStore.com received the returned product in good[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″ el_class=”text-color”][vc_column_text]condition the refund will be arranged by bank transfer or money order within 5 working days. Bank fees or transaction fees will be deducted.
Damaged products must be reported to HighSoStore.com within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. Photo or Video evidence is requested.
5. Loss During Transportation
HighSoStore.com carries the transportation risk. Confiscated goods by customs will not be replaced or refunded by HighSoStore.com
Complaints will only be handled if returned to HighSoStore.com within 7 days after receipt of the products. After this period has expired, the delivered products are deemed to have been found satisfactory and the delivery has been unconditionally accepted. If HighSoStore.com is of the opinion that a complaint is justified, it is obliged only to deliver replacement products as soon as possible without you being entitled to compensation for any damages. Return, repair and/or replacement will be covered by HighSoStore.com under the condition that the defect has not been caused by any incorrect, improper, careless or incompetent use or by modification of the products.
